Join us in helping the homeless
At High Income Property, we understand the importance that homes and property play in the Australian way of life. And while our aim is to help people build property portfolios and create wealth through investing in property, at the same time we know that for many people, particularly in our capital cities, this is beyond their reach.
Indeed, for too many people in Australia, even finding a place to sleep or having enough food to eat is a constant challenge.
We invite you to join with us for the cause of supporting people who are homeless.
We take corporate social responsibility seriously.
That’s why we are proud to support two charities that are registered in Australia and who work to provide the essentials of life for those without them —The Astha Foundation and The Chappell Foundation.
We specifically support the work of these charities because they offer direct, practical support in the form of food, clothing and essential services to those who need it most, when they need it. Their interventions have helped thousands of people who have been at their lowest ebb, and they need funds in order to continue their work on the ground.
How you can contribute
We would also encourage you to get involved and find out more about the work of these organisations or make a donation directly here on our Community Services Support & Responsibility page.
The benefit of donating in this way is that all contributions go directly to the people who need it most, without administrative fees or charges.
It’s impossible for any of us to help everyone in need in Australia, but through the work of the Astha and the Chappell Foundation, you will be doing something important to improve the lives of at least some of our most needy fellow citizens.
is a charity dedicated to helping homeless people in Sydney. It provides free food, clothing, grooming and other essentials to people living rough on the streets.
The organisation’s mantra is, “If you can’t feed a hundred people, then just feed one,” and it takes this philosophy out to those in need through the range of invaluable services it provides.
It provides food, accommodation and other essential services to people under 25 who are living rough and without adequate means of support.
The Chappell Foundation raises much of its funds through its associations with the international cricket world, and uses this money to provide a better quality of life for those who are struggling to find their way.
