Our Financial Planner and Accountant Naimul Chowdhury will walk everyone through exactly how it works on the night, including who qualifies and what the process looks like. The one thing worth knowing upfront is that this offer is exclusively for people who attend in person. It is not available online or after the event.
Not at all. Most people who walk through the door on the night are still figuring out whether SMSF property investment is right for them and that is exactly the point. The evening is designed for both general property investors and people who are curious about using their super to invest. If you have superannuation sitting in a default fund and you have ever wondered whether it could be doing more for you, this night will answer a lot of those questions.
Come dressed in formal attire and arrive by 6:30pm when doors open. The evening runs for 90 minutes and feels much more like a conversation than a lecture. You will hear from Palash on the property market and HIP’s approach, then from Naimul Chowdhury on SMSF strategy and wealth planning, and then from Kiran Kaur on finance structuring and borrowing. After that the floor opens up for questions so bring anything you have been wondering about. The full venue address in Sydney will come through in your confirmation email once you register.
At the end of the evening our team will be available to book you into a free Wealth Blueprint Session. This is a one on one strategy call where we look at your specific situation and put together a personalised property roadmap for you. There is no cost and absolutely no pressure.
