Palash is an ardent researcher on property markets and a successful professional with more than 15 years of experience within the financial services industry in Australia.

Palash moved to Sydney about 20 years back to do his MBA with a large education loan. He paid off his loan working in Hospitality and Finance and started investing in properties since 2000’s. Currently, he has been able to build a multi-million dollar property portfolio.

Palash started his journey in the financial sector at the entry level and swiftly moved to one of the most Senior Executive Manager roles in the BIG 4 Bank. His pinnacle was his last role leading large team of few hundred and leading the largest retail business unit of the bank (or perhaps any other bank in the country) based on dollar value.

There is no charge for finding the property. We earn money from the developers/builders for whom we sell the property. As we always have your interest at heart, we strive to get the best property for you at the best price. This will help you build equity faster and you would be able to buy more properties through us.
We are not aligned with any specific builder, developer or real estate agent. Our goal is to get you the property that best suits your financial situation right now and also aligned to your future goals. Your portfolio growth is our main goal.
We research through Domain, Realestate, SQM, RP Data, Core Logic, etc and that means all the possible venues of real estate to get the best understanding of the market. Apart from desktop research we would also do physical visits to growing pockets all around Australia.
We only look for properties in the area that have low vacancy rates. That is one of the indicators of property value growth as well as rental yield growth. Although, we can do Rental Guarantees in most areas we are confident that it is not required all the time.
We don’t have a crystal ball (unfortunately). What we do have are some clear guidelines that we follow to ensure we are buying in a growing area. These guideline have historically been defining indicators of growth in areas. We recommend to buy in areas that have high infrastructure funding, shopping facilities, hospitals, schools, universities, transport facilities and population is growing as well.
We have some excellent business partners who we can link you with. They are experienced and are able to offer the best rates in the markets and great service. We also have agreement with Major Banks and refer to their top Lenders.
We predominantly deal with brand new properties. However, there are times, when our existing customers are restructuring their portfolios and we are then able to offer them to our database first.
